Book an Appointment
Pick a time that works for you. Every visit is by appointment, so you have our full attention from start to finish.
Concierge — we come to you
60 minutes. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish and we source it: the right platform, the right optic, the right suppressor. Good for a first rifle, a duty or carry setup, an optic and mount decision, or a build you have been putting off. There is no charge for the consultation, and for a first meeting we can come to you anywhere in Northeast Ohio at no additional charge.
Picking up or sending a transfer
30 minutes. Your firearm has arrived, or you are sending one out. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID showing your current address. We complete the federal form and run the background check here, and most come back in minutes. Transfer fee is $30 per firearm, $20 for first responders and military.
Suppressors and NFA
45 minutes. For suppressors, short-barreled rifles and other NFA items. Come in knowing exactly what you want, or come in with a rifle and a question. We are a Class 3 dealer and a Powered By Silencer Shop dealer, so the paperwork runs electronically. Our NFA transfer fee is $100 per item.

Price your visit
Estimates cover normal range use. Firearms with heavy carbon, surface rust or cosmoline carry a $45 restoration charge, quoted before any work begins.
