Concierge Service
Concierge is the simplest way to buy from us. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish and we source it — the right firearm, the right optic, the right suppressor, matched to how you actually plan to use it.
How it works
We start with a conversation. What you want it for, what you have used before, and what you want to spend. From there we come back with a short list, explain the differences in plain language, and order whichever one you choose.
We come to you
For a first meeting we can come to you anywhere in Northeast Ohio at no additional charge. The transfer itself is completed at our location, so there is one visit here once the firearm arrives.
What we help with
- A first rifle or first handgun, chosen for the person who will actually carry it
- An everyday carry or duty setup, from the firearm through the holster and the light
- Optics and mounts, matched to the rifle and the distances you shoot
- Suppressors and other items that require federal paperwork, handled start to finish
- A build you have been putting off, sourced as one order instead of five

Price your visit
Estimates cover normal range use. Firearms with heavy carbon, surface rust or cosmoline carry a $45 restoration charge, quoted before any work begins.
