Layaway Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Layaway lets you put a firearm or optic on hold and pay for it over time. We take it off the shelf, secure it, and hold it for you until it is paid in full. Choose the term that fits your budget.

THE THREE PLANS

60 days. 20 percent down. Minimum purchase $300. Payments every two weeks.

90 days. 25 percent down. Minimum purchase $500. Monthly payments. One-time $25 administrative fee.

120 days. 33 percent down. Minimum purchase $1,000. Monthly payments. One-time $50 administrative fee.

The deposit and the administrative fee are what pay for the hold. There are no storage charges and nothing accrues while your agreement is running. What you sign is what you pay.

WHAT CAN GO ON LAYAWAY

Firearms and optics. Your item is written into the agreement by make, model, caliber, and serial number where applicable, and that specific item is what we hold for you.

Layaway is available in person by appointment. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.

HOW PAYMENTS WORK

Your deposit is due at signing. The remaining balance is divided across the term you choose, and the minimum payment amount and schedule are written into your agreement so you know exactly what is due and when.

You may pay ahead or pay the balance off early at any time with no penalty. Early payoff is the fastest route to taking it home.

Payments are accepted by cash, card, or other methods we offer at the time. A surcharge of 3 percent applies to credit card payments and is disclosed before you pay.

A late fee of $25 applies to each missed scheduled payment.

TAKING POSSESSION

Your item is released to you once the balance is paid in full, ATF Form 4473 is completed, and the background check clears. All of that happens at pickup, not at signing, because federal law measures a transfer from the day you take possession.

You are responsible for any background check fee that applies at the time of pickup.

Because the transfer happens at the end, you must be legally eligible to receive the firearm on the day you pick it up, not only on the day you started the plan.

IF THE FINAL DUE DATE PASSES

You have a 10-day grace period after your final payment due date. We will send you written notice at the start of it.

If the balance is not paid and we have not heard from you by the end of the grace period, the agreement is cancelled and payments made are forfeited. The item returns to inventory.

Talk to us before the deadline. If your circumstances change, reach out and we will work with you where we can. Arrangements are possible when you make contact. What we cannot do is act on a situation we do not know about, so make the call.

CHANGES TO YOUR AGREEMENT

Extensions and changes to a signed agreement are granted in writing by us. Ask, and ask early.

Your price is locked at signing. If the manufacturer raises prices or the item becomes unavailable during your term, your price does not change.

YOUR SIGNED AGREEMENT CONTROLS

Every layaway is documented on a written agreement signed by you and by us. That agreement lists your item, your deposit, your payment amount and schedule, your final due date, and the terms above. Where the signed agreement and this page differ, the signed agreement controls.
