Refund Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

We want you satisfied with what you buy from us. Firearms, ammunition, and National Firearms Act items are regulated products, and the rules below reflect both federal law and the realities of handling them. Please read this policy before you order.

CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS

You may cancel any order at no cost before it ships or, for a firearm, before it transfers. Email [email protected] with your order number. If the order has already been paid, we refund it in full to the original payment method.

Once an item has shipped, the cancellation becomes a return and the terms below apply.

FIREARMS

A firearm may be returned before the transfer is complete. Until you sign ATF Form 4473 and take possession, the firearm is still ours, and we will accept it back and refund your purchase price in full.

Inspect the firearm at the counter before you sign. Handle it, check the finish, check the fit, confirm it is the model and configuration you ordered. That inspection is the point at which a firearm should be accepted or declined, and we encourage you to take your time with it.

Once the Form 4473 is completed and the firearm is transferred to you, federal law treats it as a used firearm and the sale is final. A firearm that develops a defect after transfer is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will help you open that claim and get it moving.

SUPPRESSORS AND OTHER NFA ITEMS

An NFA order may be cancelled and refunded in full at any point before the ATF application is submitted.

Once the application has been submitted to ATF, the item is registered to you and the transfer is in process. At that stage we can refund the purchase price of the item less the tax stamp, application fees, and any processing fees already paid on your behalf, and the item is returned to inventory only after the pending transfer is properly resolved. Fingerprint, photo, and eForm processing fees are not refundable once submitted.

After the stamp is approved and the item transfers to you, the sale is final and any defect is handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.

AMMUNITION, PRIMERS, AND POWDER

Sales of ammunition, primers, and powder are final. We have no way to verify how these items were stored or handled once they leave our control, and returning them to inventory would put the next buyer at risk. This is the standard across the industry and it exists for good reason.

If ammunition arrives damaged, or a factory lot has a documented defect, contact us and we will work it through with the manufacturer.

OPTICS, PARTS, AND ACCESSORIES

Non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unused, in original packaging, with all included hardware and documentation, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned in original sealed condition are refunded in full. Items that have been opened, mounted, sighted in, or installed are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15 percent, applied at our discretion based on condition.

Electronic optics that have been mounted and zeroed cannot be resold as new. Those are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty, and most optics manufacturers we carry back their products with strong warranties. Contact us and we will point you to the right program.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. We will respond with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Please request authorization before sending anything back. Packages that arrive without a return authorization number cannot be matched to an order and cannot be processed.

Return shipping is paid by us when the return is the result of our error, a shipping error, or a defective item. Return shipping on a change of mind is paid by the buyer.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged in transit, defective out of the box, or is not what you ordered, contact us at [email protected] or 216-770-6432 within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will make it right at no cost to you, either by replacement or by refund, and we will handle the carrier claim ourselves.

REFUND TIMING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank or card issuer controls how quickly the credit appears on your statement, which is typically an additional five to ten business days.

Card processing surcharges collected at the time of sale are refunded together with the purchase price.

SPECIAL ORDERS AND CONSIGNMENT

Firearms and accessories brought in as a special order at a customer’s request are covered by this policy on the same terms as stock items, up to the point of transfer.

Consignment arrangements are governed by the written consignment agreement signed at intake, which controls over this policy where the two differ.

Layaway deposits and payments are governed by our Layaway Policy and by the signed layaway agreement, which control over this policy where they differ.
