Visiting

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Everything here runs by appointment, which means you get our full attention from the moment you walk in. Book a time online, or call or text us and we will find one.

Where are you?

We are in Cleveland Heights, serving Northeast Ohio.

Can I look the firearm over before I decide?

Yes. Take as long as you need. Nothing is rushed and nothing gets signed until you are ready.

Transfers

How does a transfer work?

If you bought a firearm online, at auction, or from someone out of state, it ships to a licensed dealer near you before you take it home. Tell us it is coming, have it sent to us, and we will let you know when it lands and set a time. Our license number is 4-34-035-01-9H-09666. Full detail is on the transfers page.

What does a transfer cost?

$30 per firearm. $20 for first responders and military.

What do I need to bring?

A current, unexpired government photo ID showing where you live — in Ohio that is usually your driver license or state ID. If your ID shows a previous address, bring something current such as a vehicle registration or voter registration card.

How long does the background check take?

Most come back within minutes while you wait.

Buying and payment

Can you ship to me?

We ship nationwide to a licensed dealer near you. Optics, ammunition and gear ship directly to your door where the law allows.

How can I pay?

Cash, Zelle, debit and credit. Card payments carry a 3% surcharge.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes, on firearms and optics, with three plans running 60, 90 or 120 days. Your price is locked the day you sign. See the layaway page for deposits, minimums and payment schedules.

Can you get something I do not see listed?

Usually, yes. Tell us what you are after and we will source it. That is what our concierge service is for, and the consultation is free.

Do you buy firearms or take trades?

We do. Send us details and photos and we will come back with a number. Start on the sell or trade page.

How do I buy a suppressor?

Order through our Silencer Shop storefront and we handle the paperwork here, start to finish. Begin on the suppressors page.

How long does approval take?

Approval times are set by the ATF and move around. We will give you a realistic estimate based on what we are seeing when you order, and we will keep you posted while you wait.
